MY STORY
My career started in television, where I worked in software development creating websites, with content and cross-functional teams that supported TV shows. In the early 2000s as an Interactive Producer on big brand terrestrial shows with huge audiences, it was my job to get engagement from an online audience on what was then an emerging platform; the internet.
We’ve all come a long way - back then Amazon sold only books online! For me the journey has been embracing the Lean and Agile methods used by tech giants such as FANGs (Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google).
Over 20 years later, now an experienced Agile Coach, Product Manager and Workshop Facilitator, I work as a freelancer running workshops, typically for product teams in corporations where I help to surface ideas, solve problems, empower people and cross-functional teams to make confident decisions and have an aligned vision for the future and actions to move it forward.
